Cave spiders are best used as a sacrificing card, due to their powerful but slow poison debuff. It is generally a good idea to rush early game with cave spider and attack the other player's hero for the best usage. Cave spiders are also an excellent choice to use when attacking mobs with high armor, since poison ignores armor.
