Arrow Storm is an easy way to chip away your opponent's hero, while also dealing minor damage to your opponent's units simultaneously. Arrow Storm can also be quite handy at removing single armor points or dealing with smaller enemies, as you may see with strategies involving Armorsmith or Spawner.
